Stock taking too long to delive

I ordered the summer wrap dress on the 11th of January. When it did not arrive after 4 weeks i phoned and they said they have a problem with their supplier and it would take another week. The next week i phoned again when it did not arrive and they said another week. Again today when i phoned (one week later) they said another two weeks. This means that if they have actually for once given me the right estimation time, i will be recieveing my product in double the amount of time than originally promised. I will now be recieveing my summer wrap dress closer to winter than summer. I am not happy with the fact that everytime i phone i get a different arrival date and also Groupon does not bother to let you know that your delivery will be late, instead you have phone them and ask everytime. I can guarentee that i will not be ordering from Groupon anytime soon if this is the type of service i will be recieving.
