Before xmas my partner ordered an item from groupon, a week before xmas he emailed them - no reply, a few days before xmas he phoned them (after a very long wait on the phone) promised the item before xmas. xmas came and went, still nothing, phoned them again, said one of their main couriers dropped them just before xmas, (dont know why they didnt tell us this before xmas), promised the item would arrive middle of January, still nothing, my partner phoned yet again, promised it first week of February, still nothing. just look at their facebook page, they on on it 24/7, they have time to post rubbish but not sort out their orders and deliveries.
My daughter also ordered some tickets from them for an event, again, nothing, she eventually got her money back, but not after spending ages on the phone with them.
I am also waiting for them to collect 2 items, which are not what were advertised, they have offered a credit, but i want the items replaced correctly this time. i am still waiting to hear from them, that was at the beginning of january 2013.
think i am going to unsubscribe to Groupon and deal with other similiar sites, which i havnt had a problem with.
