Groupon over promise no delive

Don't trust groupon to deliver Christmas gifts as promised. I ordered two items on groupon advertised as ideal Christmas gifts beginning of January. The Android tablet were delivered in January and I'm still waiting for the IPig!! When you phone customer service they simply pass the bug and will tell you your query will be sent to the correct department. When I phoned today I was told the product is out of stock and might be delivered in Two weeks time. This is shocking. They took payment when I ordered this item 7 weeks ago and were happy to get the interest on my money. If I didn't phone I would still not know what's going on. Average holding time more than 20 minutes. Will they refund my phone calls or is this the service you should expect? I will never trust delivery time again!
