On the 7 November 2012 I bought a Groupon, User Id: 35159700, Billing ID: 127527642, Deal Title: Pay R295 for a Gordon Ramsay salad bowl, salad server set and four snack bowls, including delivery, valued at R550, if I did not phone no one even bothered to phone me and tell me why the bowls are not being sent today after numerous emails I get told i have to reddem the voucher and send it to them, (what non sense the voucher in on the system) I did exactly that today I get an email saying they are refunding me they said "no stock", not acceptable as at this very moment the same deal is still running and their is plenty stock as the deal is not cancelled. Is this the service we get from Groupon???
