I had requested 2 refunds from Groupon as Groupon Partner not being reachable on the contact numbers offered and the other due to the service not made available to me as a result of not being able to make an appointment, as the Groupon partner is fully booked. I requested this on 18 January and the refund was supposedly done on 18 January 2013, on 29 January still nothing had reflected in my credit card to which I was just passed on from consultant to consultant and no one could tell me why the amount had not reflected in my acount even though it was past 3-5 working days. They asked for alternative banking details on 30 January 2013 to refund me and yet again it is now 6 February 2013 and still nothing. Chi-Chi the person I last dealt with put this at the end of their email after saying the payment will reflect in 3-5 working days which is such!
"Please do not reply to this e-mail as this will result in your EFT not being processed successfully."
Is this the type of service Groupon offer and are all consultants there to customers? I have had friends that had the same experience and 3-5 working days is as they only pay you in 3-4 months!
