Groupon South Africa breaks deal again

Once again Groupon has not stuck to their word. After finally sorting out my previous problem with a deal bought through Groupon South Africa, I enquired about another deal (Dr Levines Posture Support) I had foolishly bought. On Feb 6 I was informed by Shouneez that, for whatever reason I would have to be refunded and to please send through my banking details as well the GRPZAR reference used when making my payment. I did this within 20 minutes. I have yet to receive my refund. I sent an email 6 days ago to enquire why and have yet to receive a response. Please just refund me so I can call it quits and never have the unfortunate event of having to do business with you people ever again.
