BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM GROUPON

In early Dec I purchased two golf gift sets. Just after Christmas I received delivery however part of set was missing. There was no communication regarding they the set was incomplete or when I could expect to receive the missing part. I logged a complaint on the Groupon site as well as sent their customer service as email. The logging call history is reflected on their website and I have a series of emails that I have sent asking for an update. I have not had a response to any of my communication. I called them 3 weeks ago and after holding for ages (I was number 40 in the queue) I was told that the missing part would be delivered by the end of the following week which is now three weeks ago. I still have not had any correspondence from Groupon. I resorted to posting a complaint (twice) on their Facebook page and all I get is a message asking me to inbox them my email address. Still no feedback and they even have the audacity to remove my FB posts. Totally unacceptable. Maybe logging this on Hellopeter might just get some response. No matter how tempting the offer might be I will never buy any Groupon deals again.
