No delivery of laptop and printer purchased

I purchased and paid for a Lenovo Laptop and printer on 24 December 2012 with a promised delivery date of 3 - 4 weeks. I am still waiting and enquiries directly to Groupon result in an almost automated response of "wait 3 - 4 weeks" for delivery. It has been more than 4 weeks and I can't even get a status on where my order is!!!
