I placed an order on the 9th of November for an HP printer on the website. I received an email in December confirming that the printer has been dispatched and that I can track it on the couriers website. In January when the printer still hadn't been delivered I checked on the couriers website only to find out that the courier (Taxi Trucks) were liquidated. I then on the 10th of January 2013 contacted Groupon who weren't aware that Taxi Trucks hadn't delivered the printer. I was then put through to the logistics manager (Charlene) who told me that the printer was probably at the couriers' site and that they would have to re-order and dispatch me a new printer and that it would arrive in 7 working days and that she would call me on Monday the 14th to confirm. To date I have not received notification of the printer having been dispatched nor has Charlene contacted me. I have paid for an item that Groupon refuses to facilitate delivery for. I have tried calling again but the hold time is over an hour. PLEASE HELP
