Phoned the call center on three different occasion, First occasion i phone waited over half an hour for someone to take my call, get told there are over 20 callers waiting, when i finally get to speak to someone they tell me sorry they are experiencing technical difficulties and call ends??? What the really?

I phone again the next day to wait over half an hour again with over 20 callers on hold, when someone finally answers i tell them the product I have purchased has not been received within the stipulated time frame which still hasn't been resolved. They asked for my cellphone number while some Snopp Dogg music plays in the background and then tells me to hold, one hour later still holding on and this a call from Durban to Capetown, its now 4.30 and i guess they knock off and this guy forgot about me so i ended the call.

I then phone the following day which is today Friday the 11th Nov, wait over half an hour, over 20 callers on hold and when they finally take my call they tell me something about technical difficulties again and must call on Monday and i could hear the guy breathing heavy so i said hello and he repeated the same message. I mean what the goes on there?
