I bought a groupon voucher last year and i send them an email beginning of Jan asking if I could cancel the voucher and get a refund, no one answered me on that email and i have the ref no, I called again this week and gave them my ref number and they told me my ref number doesnt exist on the system and the problem is they told me my voucher has expird alreday in Dec, I have the voucher with me and its written it will expire in march, Im still waiting for them to return my call even now, I asked to speka to the people who are deals with this issues and they told me they dont take phones at all and they will get back to me as soon as possible but its been too long alreday, so I wonder when will they call me, in march when the original date has expired, I used to get so surprised when people complain abput groupon but now im so disappointed myself.
