No delivery and no response

I've placed an order for a "18K White Gold Plated Heart Pendant, including National Delivery (worth R399)" around the 1st of September. This was supposed to be delivered by end of October. The product was never delivered. I have tried to contact WICount with email as well as their online feedback system. They've never replied to any of my messages.
