Incorrect product delivered and failing to correct

Groupon product ordered and paid for. Collection supposed to happen within 4 weeks - which happened after about 10 weeks after various apologies from the call center.
When the product arrived it was not what was bought at all. Another call to the call center and an apology stating that they will collect and refund. After two weeks no news and again a call to the call center... Another apology and confirmation that they will collect and refund - having to supply all my details of address etc. again. It was said that it will be collected within 3-4 working days... we're now at 8 working days and no news.
How can I be expected to receive something different than what I bought AND then having to follow up innumerable times with only empty promises? Grossly dissatisfied with Groupon's service!!!
