Still Waiting

I ordered a blue tooth keyboard iPad cover for R599 on the 28th of October for a Christmas present. It was supposed to be silver and metal, it was white and plastic when it arrived. My boyfriend also bought one. I complained and was promised a collection and a refund of both iPad covers within 5 working days. I have sent about 10 e-mails about it since and still no exchange has been made.

I also ordered a bamboo chopping board on the 25th of November for a Christmas present R239 - I still haven't received it.

I'm feeling quite ripped off here.
