Not refunding money

On the 30th of January, I bought (tried to) a voucher for the HPC Driving Range at Tuks. I made a payment and received an sms from my bank that payment has been made. However on the [URL Removed] website it said that payment had not been made and it should be repeated. I didn't repeat the payment as it already reflected on my statement. I immediately asked for a refund as hings seemed to be not right. Two days afterwards, I requested a refund again. For the first two replies [URL Removed] just asked me how I rated their service. Of course I stated my annoyance. After a week I asked for a refund again and the sent me "snippets" of a proof of payment and assured me that the it was repaid on 30 January and that the refund should reflect in 7 working days (?!?). It has now been 10 working days and no matter how many e-mails (the only contact details you supply) I send you, you keep on ignoring me. PLEASE contact me and give me my money back then remove me from your database!! This is the first time I ever used [URL Removed] and it will be the last!! Needless to say I will also spread the news amongst my peers.
