7 Months Over Delivery Date! Urgent

I, Claudia Goncalves live in Roodepoort Gauteng, ordered a 64G Cellular and WIFI Ipad 3 with an A5 Smart Pen for R9999 on the 27th of September 2012. The Groupon is meant to last 30 days which delivery is meant to take place within 30 days. I recieved ONLY the Ipad on the very very last day being the 28th of October 2012. I realised on the moment I had recieved the iPad that the A5 smart pen was missing and immediately until now have been constantly phoning and emailing Groupon SA for the pen to be delivered. This is extremely time consuming as I have to wait in a queue on the phone for almost 30 minutes to an hour each time, which has cost me a lot on my telephone bills. Each time I have phoned them I get told I will be sent an email regarding the issue and saying they have recieved my issue. This has only happened one of the times that I phoned. I email and phone almost every day and nothing is ever done about it. I am quite fed up of phoning and such bad service. This is also the first time I decided to use Groupon's services and I am quite disappointed and on the verge of calling in a lawyer. I have had numerous problems with Groupon over one purchase, which I now regret deeply
