Missed deadlines and empty promises

I ordered invoice books and fliers to be printed from Print Sky in Fourways with a lady by the name of Yokai.

I paid her on the Tuesday morning and she assured me my printing would be ready by close of business the following day. I gave her some extra time and went through to collect on the Thursday morning. They weren't ready. She then promised me they would be ready on Friday morning. When i called on Friday morning she then assured me they would be ready by 2pm. As 2pm approached she sent me an email to say they would be ready by 5pm.By 4:30pm i called to check if i could come through and all the staff including Yokai had left the shop and told me over the phone that my prints werent ready.

The following morning i had an important presentation that i needed the fliers for. Which Yokai was aware of from the beginning. She didnt actually care and just kept making me empty promises and not fulfilling them.
