I ordered a pedometer on Wicount in August, I have still not received a delivery. After checking a few times that I followed the correct procedures.

Unfortunately I am not even getting a response from Wicount when asking what happened to my order.

I would appreciate if this can be resolved, either by delivering the pedometer or getting a R150 refund.
