Groupon fails to deliver!!

I ordered the three-tier cake mould, teacup moulds and 100 piece cake decorating set and was told that I could expect this parcel before Christmas - I planned to give it as a Christmas present. I received an email stating that it had been dispatched as well as being told to use my security code as the tracking number. I tried tracking it online but to no avail. I also contacted the courier company and was told that they had no such number. When I hadn't received it by the week before, I phoned Groupon - I was the 60-something caller and still held on for the call as I needed to know what was happening - the call took approximately 1 hour (I would hate to know what my phone bill is going to be)!!! I was then helped by a lady who told me that there was a problem in tracking the parcels but I would still receive it BEFORE Christmas!!! I am still waiting. I then emailed Groupon and received a response from Cheryl Nhlumayo who stated that it should take 3 - 4 weeks yet it has even passed that date and it said no redemption necessary. I also sent a query through Facebook but have received NO response. I emailed again two days ago and have not received a response. It's unacceptable
