I've bought a tablet through Groupon. From the beginning it gave software issues, but about 2 months ago the screen became faulty. its been reported by me directly to Groupon as well as the original supplier. I only receive an automated email to say they are busy, but it has still not been resolved. I have answered surveys in a negative way, no response, their email ti check customer satisfaction, no response, my correspondence no response. phones don't get answered and there seems to be zero interest to get this resolved.
After sales service is non-existent and extremely unsatisfying.
