No communication given for cancelled groupon!

Good morning,
A few weeks ago, in anticipation of Mothers Day, I purchased the groupon. Upon calling the place today, it turns out they are no longer accepting groupons, and told me to contact groupon to get my money back.
I am extremely disappointed with this whole experience, further that groupon has made no attempt to contact me or let me know.
I expect to be refunded fully!
