I purchased an Eight-piece multi-coloured mixing bowl set including delivery from Groupon over a month ago which has not yet been delivered. Every time I request an update, Groupon sends the same useless response about the redemption period and the delivery period after redemption over and over again. If Groupon is no longer able to supply the item I request a full refund! I am disgusted by the lack of service and wish that someone would take responsibly to resolve my query.
