GROUPON "SPECIAL DISCOUNTED PRICES" ARE BOGUS

I purchased an item from groupon on the 19th of September 2012. The item advertised read as follows:

"Pay R699 for a Prima One & Only Electric Tagine and a set of Index multi-coloured cutting boards, including delivery, valued at R1 179"

The very same item (excluding the index multi coloured boards" was advertised for R299.00 at Games.
If the electric tagine is R299.00 AT games, then the discounted value from groupon should be at the most R 180.00 and the cutting boards at the most at retail R300.00
SO WHAT IS THE SO CALL SPECIAL PRICE- IF ANYTHING, I PAID MORE THAN I SHOULD.
Worst off, I emailed groupon several times and until now have had no response! so much for customer service and satisfaction
Advice- Don't buy anything from groupon!
