Placed an order for 2 Samsung Monitors In December up to now NO NEWS, I called several times
the same old story that they await the stock from the supplier after holding for almost an Hour and phone cuts off.

The one hand doesnt know what the other one is doing, spoke to superiors that promise the sun and the moon and they will follow up and get back to me... LOL im still waiting!!!

I contacted them today again, 2 month after order was placed and were told the supplier will not deliver the product anymore (HOW DO THEY DO THERE HOMEWORK SOURCING THEIR SUPPLIERS) no email, apologies and no refund was made as yet.

Im disgusted with this company and will never purchase from them again and will avoid them in the future.
I will advise my circle of friends to do the same.
