Incorrect refunds

I have purchased 2 Groupon vouchers to the value of R7 700.00 and wanted to ship the goods out of RSA and needed time to search for the international shipping company.

When I finally found the shipping company I have then notified the vendor to deliver the goods to the shipping company's address only to be told that the vouchers were expired. The vendor advised me to request refund from Groupon and that they would still supply the goods at the deal price. I have contacted Groupon to request for a refund only to be refunded R1 000.

Why is Groupon not refunding the full amount of R7 700.00? This is absolutely unacceptable. I demand full refund.
