PRIMA SINGLE PLATE INDUCTION COOKER

On the 6th of December 2012, I bought a Prima Single Plate Induction Cooker and a five piece induction pot set. It was a special and the closing date of this special offer ended on the 7th of December 2012. The payment went through on my bank account on th 6th of December 2012. On the 11th of January I send them an e-mail to find out when I can expect to receive my purchase. NOTHING HAPPENED!! On the 22nd of January I send another e-mail regarding the purchase, THANKFULLY, they responded with an e-mail to say they received the complaint. Today is the 6th of February 2013, 2 (Two) months after the purchase, NOTHING YET!!!
