Refusal to reimburse clients

I bought a groupon voucher for a suit in July 2013 for 3, 5k. 7 Weeks thereafter the company making the suits advised us they have a problem with their tailor and can not make the suits in the specified time frame anymore. The company, Factory of Style, suggested we contact Groupon for a refund. Groupon is refusing to reimburse me my money. I am an attorney and understand their 7 day refund policy, but the problem arose here 7 weeks after I bought the voucher. I paid for something I did not receive, I want my money back.
