I bought a groupon voucher last year, and the product I received was not the item that was advertised. After months of negotiating and waiting for an answer, they finally agreed to give me a refund. This was 2 months ago. Now apparently Kelly Paulus the senior that assisted me, is no longer available or taking my calls. I finally reached one of the team leaders Marisha, but still can't get any assistance. What must a person do to get service? Should I go through a lawyer and explain to GROUPON about the national consumer act??? Really fedup at this stage!!!
