I purchased an I phone cover on groupon. I did an EFT paymnet and somehow i put in the wrong ref no. however it did not go thru. i called 2 weeks later only to find out it didnt go thru, no one called me or e mailed me to advise me. so i call and i speak to Tauriq Amardien who asked me to fax thru the proof pf payment. today the 04.02.2014 i still didnt hear from groupon. i call again and speak to Tammy Moonsamy who says she gonna add credits to my account, i can go online and purchase the deal immediately. i do that and there is no credits, so a couple of hours later i call again and speak to Lushane October who confirms no credit on my acc, she then tells me to check my account in an hour it will be availabe. 3 hours later and still nothing. i always purchase things on groupon but this is pathetic. GROUPON!!!
