I would just like to thank Groupon for lying to me.
For taking my money so that they can receive the interest, and not deliver as they have promised.
Thank you Shouneez for your blatantly repetitive and robotic reply, which means nothing.
Delivery in 5 to 7 days, after the 4 weeks promised? Do you really feel happy after work, knowing that you just to people?
I have informed Groupon that I will not be available to receive as from tomorrow I will be on holiday. (this being 6 weeks after order date)
Please give me a refund so that I can order the goods myself, knowing that I can actually pay when I collect instead of my money just being taken without a follow through on your part.
Please, please REDESIGN YOUR ENTIRE BUSINESS.
