I will never ever buy anything from them

I bought a Ride on police bike on the 17th December 2013 it was delivered to me but it was very small as they said on the ad it will fit up to 4 year old but even my 3 year old wouldnt have fitted on it, then i send it back they come they collected till today am still waiting for my refund every time i call i cant get them, and i have send endless emails everytime asking for something new when i made pmt it i send in the proof of payment and they delivered the bike meaning that it was good enough but now that i want my money back they keep on asking for one thing after the other, all i really want is my money back, and i will never ever use them again i have being asking for the refund from 17th December 2013 now its the 5 February 2014 still nothing
