Last year in June i bought a Groupon Voucher for a major service at Kessel Motors for R298. The service was valid for R799 as per the fine print. In November last year I want to take my car for this service at Kessel Motors and was advised that I will need to pay in R403 when I bring the car for the service. I asked what the cost is for and the lady explained to me that I need to pay in the difference of the cost of the service at that time. I contacted Groupon Call Centre and the agent advised that I should not be paying any additional costs unless it was related to repair charges for the car and that was not part of the deal between Kessel and Groupon. The agent asked me to get a quote for the R403 charges and send this back to Groupon and they will take this up with Kessel Motors and give me feedback. A week later I sent Groupon an email as i was waiting for a response and I received an email that the matter will be handled by their management and they will give me feedback. Another week later when i queried with Groupon again I received an email stating that Groupon will refund my money by reversing the EFT payment, it is now Feb and I havent received any refund.
