I have a major concern, I purchased a laptop bag in November. I had no feedback from group-on, unless I requested updates. I have been made false promises and finally i was told I will be refunded the money. This is the second maybe third time, Groupon has failed to honour the sale and then refunds the amount. I am convinced that Groupon is doing this to a large number of people country wide i.e. taking the money, holding the money in their account for two to three months, then refunding the money, and earning interest in the process. If this is done on a large scale, the interest could be quiet significant, is this,? I would love to hear from other people to confirm my suspicion. Groupon services really, they do not value the voice of the customer. I have requested a refund yet again, 20 mins ago. Nice business Model.
