I bought an item on groupon which was never assigned to my account. when i complained to groupon the first time i was told i must wait 5 days and the item would be assigned to my account. this did not happen. when i contacted groupon again i was told this and that the money would be refunded to me when i sent the documentation through.

after groupon requested documentation gets resent and i done it after my holiday (wednesday) i was still waiting for them to refund my money. with no communication about when it would be done. i am sick of having to ask and thought maybe this would help me.

will never buy from groupon again... they are useless!
