Mica Beauty - No feedback - Terrible service

I purchased the Mica Beauty Mineral Foundation about 3 months ago from Canal Walk, Cape Town.
The sales lady informed me that this product will last a year and if it runs out before that, they will refill it free of charge. Also if your skin colour changes (tanning in Summer), they will re-mix the powder to suit your skin tone at no extra charge.

It is now 3 months down the line and the product is finished, this is from using it once daily and nothing more. Normal foundation lasts me about 7-8 months and is much cheaper than the Mica Beauty product. I loved the product, but am very disappointed by the fact that it doesn't last as long as the sales lady promised.

The store in Canal Walk no longer exist, so I have no way of even going back and confronting this sales lady. I have sent a complaint on the website, but with no luck. The site does not even have a number to contact.

This is completely unacceptable for a product that costs you R900!!
