I bought an voucher in December, and requested a refund as I was not happy with the service. I spoke to Megan, Raen the senior consultant and Nazlie"Manager" who are always dishonest by saying that the will send me confirmation of the progress. up until today I have not received my refund which the promised 72 hours ago. i called them and now they tell me that i gonna have to wait another 7 to 10 working day after waiting for since Friday
