I ordered the two electric toothbrushes on the 9th of Dec and paid for them. It should have been delivered before Christmas. I queried this early Jan with support at Groupon and Tammy responded saying they are looking into this matter. When i asked what the problem was they couldnt answer me or wouldn't. I have asked them numerous times to just refund me then and also NO feedback from them since. Last communication i got was 15 Jan and nothing further. I have expressed my feelings towards the bad service to them. Not happy.
