I ordered 2 x electric scooters on 29 November 2013. i received 1 on 10 December and haven't received the other as yet. i have been in constant communication with the groupon customer service regarding delivery of the 2nd scooter which was meant to be Christmas presents for my kids. Prabhu kept using standard customer service feedback jargon not actually resolving anything or getting my product delivered. eventually after putting pressure on him for an answer today as to the delivery of my product he simply replied that he had cancelled the order as refunded the money back into my account. he says that the deal is now closed. how is that possible when i have purchased and paid for the item almost 1 month ago. what gives them the right to cancel my order without my authorisation. it doesn't even mention anything like this in their terms and conditions. this is not what i had asked for at all and now have been put in a predicament as all the stores have closed being Christmas eve. i have also purchased accesories for these scooters for more than R2000 in value. this service is pathetic and i am totally disgusted in the manner in which customer service handles their customers
