Dissapointing treatments and service

My friend and I bought a Groupon voucher for a R1000 full Spa day valued at " R4120", when we got there lovely place spoke with the owner mentioned I was a therapist myself treating myself - first time ever as i know how I do my treatments and was assured I would be very pleased... well my friend and I were left alone most of the time so hardly no treatments happened, and we felt very ripped off as this "FULL" day Spa experience landed up being abouts nearly 3 hours for everything instead of a 6 hour session to which 30-45 min of it was a break for our snack which was the Highlight. We got home and shortly after i got a call from the owner to find out how I enjoyed my treatments to which I was honest with her and said I feel like I wasted my money and explained each treatment to which I was promised that she would be intouch with me in the following week to sort out another treatment session for my friend and I. That was in April 13th 2013, it has been over 3 months and we have heard nothing!!! I would have demanded my money back but it was through Groupon that we got this waste of money special. I want to support my fellow therapists but with treatment like this its no wonder!!!
