I recently purchased 5 Groupon vouchers for a 1-hour massage at 'Rebecca's Beauty and Nail Bar' in Bryanston, Johannesburg. My sister used one of the vouchers and was shocked at how rude Rebecca was. She was extremely unprofessional and said to my sister: 'You are lucky I am doing your massage because I really don't feel like it' and she ended up cutting the massage short to 40 minutes instead of an hour. She also kept answering her cell phone during the massage. I still had four more vouchers so I tried to book an appointment over the phone today. I asked for an appointment on a Saturday because I work during the week and she said: 'I am not accepting any more Groupon vouchers on a Saturday' and slammed down the phone before I could even respond! She is extremely rude and incompetent and I have therefore asked Groupon for a refund for my 4 remaining vouchers.
