PATHETIC SERVICE, INCOMPETENT STAFF, POOR QUALITY

I purchased a 21 Piece Die Casting Aluminium Cookware Pot Set, last year November i think and had the package returned and collected after expressing my dissatisfaction with it. I later emailed and spoke to several agents (Saravana S, Naganandhini SP, Lushane October) to mention a few concerning my refund, to this day i have not been refunded and no one bothered to inform me of the way forward in spite of my efforts. All they did was send me emails promising to follow up my order and nothing ever said about my refund. i am so disgruntled with their pathetic service, i have wasted too much time and money phoning them trying to get my money back but to this day, no one has bothered. i am absolutely annoyed at their lack of customer service and want nothing but my money back... NOT CREDITS BUT MY MONEY BACK as i do not intend ever buying from them again!!! GROUP ON SERVICE... ITS PATHETIC!!!
