Groupon: No delivery and no refund

I seem to be joining the ranks of literally thousands of other people who have bought products through Groupon, not had them delivered and not received refunds.

My order was placed six weeks ago, delivery should have taken place within four weeks, and still not arrived. When I finally got a response to my query I was told that "Due to limited inventory we were not able to deliver your product on your time". No advice as to when, or if, I can expect delivery, and no response whatsoever to any of my requests for a refund.

Other coupon sites close deals when inventory is sold out. Groupon carries on selling, and doesn't even inform customers that they can expect a delay or offer a refund. This goes against the rules the CPA, and given the huge number of similar complaints, seems to be how they unethically conduct business. Doesn't seem like legal business practice either...
