I ordered a remote control toy boat for my son in December as a christmas gift- I still havent received this and it is now Feb.
I enquired with groupon on 4 occasions now and on 3 occasions they came back with an email template saying they have a backlog and nothing further.

I still havent gotten any feedback on my 4th enquiry directed to them.

it frustrates me that nobody has gotten back to me with my specific order details saying where the item is or when I can expect it - I've heard nothing from them! I'm really disapointed and tired of nagging.
