No Delivery, No Response

I ordered the RD 32 extreme sports camera from groupon on 6 December. After receiving an email telling me that delivery will take place on or before 20 December I did not receive anything and nothing shows up on the courier's website either. I emailed on 24 December, request #633579, and was informed by a Kershia that delivery will take place within 3-4 weeks after redemption (8 December). Yesterday I registered another enquiry with reference #656170 but did not get any response. Why make promises if you cannot keep it, or at least communicate on the progress of the order when requested. It is not as if I did not already PAY for the item, the least groupon can do is deliver on what was paid for.
