Very, very poor service

Bought a voucher (732ECD3ED1) on the 17 December 2013.The product is still not delivered yet. After a few calls where they keep you holding for about average 25minutes, i spoke to Nasruteen and Risqah specificly. The said they will do their best for the product to be deliver before christmas, as is was my son's birthday present. I've sent about 12 e-mails and every time i get an auto generated response. When i ask questions in the e-mail, the same reply came back. I understand the 2 week delivery period after the deal closed, but why is the product still not delivered? I'ts almost christmas again. Why do they make use of a courier company thats closed over the big days? Utterly disgusted
