I ordered an Iconic Pig Docking station on the 19 December with the promise it would be delivered before Christmas, 2 months later and still no delivery. I have been given so many stories i.e courier company lost product, supplier delivered it broken...! I was told the truth at one stage, Groupon over sold the product and the supplier could not keep up. I wonder if that lady still works there for telling the truth. They have offered me a refund, but I do not want that, the deal was a bargain and I want the product. They should not have sold so many if they could not keep up with the demand, I know they have done this before. I need a solution, I am not going to give up until the product is delivered, even if they go buy one from Musica at the full price.
