Groupon is false

I purchased a deal on Groupon for a 1600 watt WAP machine, delivery was supposed to take place in two weeks, after complaining, I received it after 6 weeks. Upon getting home and opening the parcel, it was the incorrect product, they in fact sent me a 1200 watt WAP machine, which can be bought from Game for R499. The very next day, I sent an email requesting the correct product that was advertised and I was ignored, passed on from consultant to consultant, it has been 4 months and I have heard nothing, even after numerous requests for a refund. Yesterday I thought let me make peace and just use the machine as Groupon aren't getting back to me. I plugged it in and it started smoking, my hose has more pressure than the they sold me. To date I have had no reponse on anything! It is false advertising, they and they simply ignore any complaints.
