Unwanted Emails

After cancelling the email notifications on numerous occasions from Groupon nothing has happened... I am still being pestered daily with unnecessary and unwanted emails that keep on clustering my inbox.
This is the email I received to confirm the cancellation yet I'm still receiving emails daily.
