6 weeks still waiting for goods to be delivered

I bought a photo canvase painting through groupon for my mom-in-law for christmas. I purchased the voucher on the 8th of dec. I emailed all relevent stuff to the guy responsible. His name is Hugh from Brandit company. He said it would be ready in 10 days, and he would let me know when I could pick it because of postal delays. It has been 6 weeks and I'm still waiting for my canvases photo. Christmas has come and gone and nothing, when I call him he says his always busy and will call me back which he doesn't. Lately everytime I call and tell him my name he just drops the call. All I want is my painting or money back please
