Whats happening to my listing???

I am interested in qty selling of a product via email promotion companies like yourselves. i did not bother about your competitors, as i knew you were # 1, in this business in SA. So i approached yourselves 1st, however i am now re-considering, re my dealings with Carla Ballan. I called her approx 20 oct 2013 and she emailed me all the info on 21 oct 2013. i also mentioned that we would like to list products for sale towards end Nov 2013, to coincide with a function/exhibition we were having, regarding this product (s). She mentioned that there is a waiting list, however if the product was different from your usual listings, she might be able to do, at short notice. i emailed all the info 29 oct 2013 and called to mention that i had done so and she mentioned the next step was that they would do a draft of the listing and email to me.by end Nov i had not received any feedback re the listing. i then emailed on 9 dec 2013 to enquire, but to date have not received any reply.
am i wasting time with groupon? and should i move onto another company that want to do business. please advise.
